Seeking a Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Noida, India. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in real estate sales, be a 12th pass, male, and able to work full time from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads and drive sales: The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales leads to meet sales targets.
2. Develop client relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
3. Conduct property visits: Showing properties to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits to secure sales.
4. Negotiate deals: Negotiating deals with buyers to achieve favorable terms for both parties.
5. Stay updated on market trends: Keeping abreast of market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Required Skills and Expectations:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and close deals.
- Proven track record in real estate sales with knowledge of the local market.
